MyPay – Pay Weekly or Monthly
MyPay is the in-house payment collection service of Mattress Club Ltd (T/A Pay Weekly Beds and Sofas). It allows customers to pay for products weekly, monthly, or over 4 months through recurring card payments.
How It Works?
Choose a weekly or monthly payment plan.
All MyPay plans operate as Hire-to-Buy agreements.
No credit checks, 0% interest, and no late fees.
MyPay Information
Delivery
- Delivery is arranged only after 50% of the product price has been paid.
- Once the 50% threshold is reached, delivery takes 7–14 days.
- Free delivery on all orders.
Account Setup
To open a MyPay account, customers must pay a £10 non-refundable deposit.
This covers:
- Account setup
- Administration
- Delivery arrangement
Products can only be delivered to the address provided at signup unless proof of a new address is supplied.
Proof of Address
If the customer changes address, proof must be provided in the form of:
- Bank statement
- Tenancy agreement
- Utility bill
All documents are protected under Mattress Club Ltd’s ICO-registered data protection policies.
Ownership
All products remain the property of Mattress Club Ltd until the full balance is paid.
Once paid in full, ownership transfers to the customer.
