Who and What Is MyPay
MyPay is Mattress Club Ltd t/a Pay Weekly Beds and Sofas in-house loan to buy payment feature, that gives consumers access to spread the cost for new home furniture with weekly or monthly payment options.

You can find all our contact information on our website, payweeklybedsandsofas.co.uk Our website has a range of quality new home furniture for you to look at with accurate descriptions to the best of our knowledge before you place your order. Once you place your order you will recieve an email confirmation of your order and payment details which includes our contact details.
We try our best to ensure that all information on our website, including description of our products and listed prices are accurate. However, if there is a mistake, we will try to resolve it as soon as possible and if we are aware that an error has affected your order we will do our best to let you know within a reasonable time.
Products may vary slightly from the picture samples on our website. Although we have made every effort to ensure the colours are accurately repersentive there may be minor variations.
Our Terms
These are the terms and conditions for loan to buy agreement and purchases between you and MyPay.
It is important to read and fully understand these terms before entering into a loan to buy agreement with MyPay.
We will contact you via email to confirm your order and loan to buy agreement. At the time you set up.your payment plan and sign the agreement you are agreeing that you have read these terms and conditions.
Your order counts as an offer to purchase the products from us. If we are unable to accept your order we will inform you of this in writing or by telephone and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because we have identified an error in the price or discription of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.
Once we have confirmed your order and loan to buy agreement, you will be sent an email. Within this email you will recieve confirmation of your products ordered, £30 deposit/setting up fee has been paid, your payment plan arrangements you have choosen, delivery estimate time and these terms & conditions.
Each time you make a payment, either weekly or monthly you will recieve a email confirming payment has been recieved. In the event of a failed payment you will recieve a email informing you of this. You then must contact us to make this payment. We will then send to you a link via email, with missed payment amount to pay.
If there are 3 consecutive missed payments we/you will terminate the agreement with immediate effect between you and MyPay. We will repay all payments that you have made other than your £30 deposit/setting up fee.
Your agreement with MyPay is that of, once your products have been delivered they are on loan basis and remain the property of Mattress Club Ltd t/a Pay Weekly Beds and Sofas until full payment by you has been recieved. At this point you will become the 100% owner of the products. You will recieve a email confirming ownership of the products.
Request to make additional payments, make payment to the 50% delivery threshold or full payment can be made by contacting Pay Weekly Beds and Sofas by telephone or email. We will email to you a link to make your payment request.Telephone : 0800 1938233
Providing the Products To You
We will deliver your ordered products once you have met with the 50% payment threshold. This is normally in 7-14 days.
Please see our delivery information on our website. Our courier partners will contact you 3-7 days before they deliver with a date and 2 hour window time slot.
Estimated delivery schedules are given in good faith but are not guaranteed times and should not be relied upon. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside of our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the agreement and recieve a refund of all payments you have made other than your £30 deposit/setting up fee.
If no one is available at your address to take the delivery our nationwide courier partners will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery.
If after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for any further delivery costs. If despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery we may end the agreement.
We will only deliver your products to the address that you given on your application/agreement with MyPay. If in event you have moved property before meeting your delivery 50% payment threshold to a new address you will have to provide Pay Weekly Beds and Sofas with a proof of new address, with your name and new address details on it and dated in the last 3 months and a proof of id, passport or driving licence. This you can provide by emailing sales@payweeklybedsandsofas.co.uk

Please check the products you recieve are the ones you ordered, the correct colours and size and that they are examined for apparent faults or damage at the time of delivery.
Your Rights To End The Agreement
Your rights when you end the agreement will depend on what you have purchased, weather there anything wrong with it, how we are performing and when you decide to end the agreement.
If what you brought is faulty or misdescribed you may have a legal right to end the agreement or to get the products repaired or replaced , or
If you want to end the agreement because of something we have done or have told you we are going to do, or
If you have changed your mind about the product, you may be able to get a refund if you are within the cooling-off period, but this may be subject to deductions and you will have to pay the costs of return of any goods.
If you change your mind about a product within the 14 day cooling-off period, you can cancel your purchase and end your agreement with MyPay only from the time delivery is being arranged.

Returns, Cancellations and Collection of Items
We will pay the cost of return if the products are faulty or misdescribed.
If we are responsible for the costs of the return of a product and we are collecting the product from you we will charge you the direct cost to us for collection . Where possible, this will be deducted from the refund due to you.
A collection document must be signed for by you to confirm that the collection has taken place. The collection document will be provided by our courier partners.
Orders that have not been dispatched can be cancelled by calling our customer support team on 0800 1938233.
If you have already received your products, it needs to be returned to Pay Weekly Beds and Sofas in a re-saleable condition before refund is made.
Please note : No mattress once opened and used can be returned.
Refunds
We will make any refund due to you as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving your returned product.
You will be refunded to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. We do not charge a fee for the refund.
We have the right to reduce your refund if you have used or damaged a product. For example, we will reduce your refund if the product's condition is not 'as new" or if any accessories are missing.
In some cases, no refund may be due because of the way you have treated the product. Our customer service team can advise you on whether we are likely to reduce your refund.
Our Rights To End The Agreement
We may end the agreement for a product at any time by writing to you, If you are in serious breach of the terms and conditions and do not make good the breach within 7 days of receiving written notice from us. For example, you do not make payment to us when it is due and within 7 days of our reminding you that payment is due.
You have given us materially false information which we have relied upon.
You do not, within a reasonable time of us asking , provide us with information necessary for us to arrange a delivery and provide the products.
You do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products.
You fail to make 3 consecutive weekly or monthly payments.
Legal Duty To Supply
We are under a legal duty to supply products that are conformity with your agreement. Nothing in these terms will effect your legal rights. These are subject to certain exceptions. For detailed information please visit the Citizens Advice website. adviceguide.org.uk
All our products are covered by a minimum 12 month warranty and will be replaced promptly.
All our mattress come with a 10 year manufacturer's warranty. You must register this yourself. Access to do this can found on leaflet inside the mattress box.
Up to 30 days if your item is faulty and cannot be replaced you will recieve a replacement.
Up to 6 months if your faulty item cannot be repaired or replaced, then you are entitled to a full refund in most cases.
Price of Product Offered
We reserve the right to adjust prices, products and special offers at our discretion.
Payments
Choose a payment plan for either weekly or monthly, to be collected on day or date that suits you.
The instalment payments are displayed on each product page on our website.
All product prices are inclusive of VAT.
The length time of your loan to buy payments is clearly displayed on products page within our website.
Your first payment will start on the first day or date of which you set up your payment plan collections to be taken on.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
The loan to buy payments is for a fixed amount as stated on your order and the agreement.
We will not charge any interest on any agreement. No late fees apply.
If your weekly or monthly payment declines, we will have right to reattempt up to 3 times in a 14 day period.
We constantly monitor payments and if you have missed or continue late payments then we will contact you to discuss this in accordance with these terms and conditions and where 3 consecutive missed payments you/we have the right to cancel your order.
Once you have taken delivery the product is on a loan to you, Pay Weekly Beds and Sofas, are still the legal owner of the product delivered to you until you have completed the full cost price in your agreement with us. Once this full payment has been reached then the products are owned by you. A email confirmation of ownership will be sent to you.
Other Important Terms
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation.
You will need our consent to transfer your rights to someone else. You may only transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to another person if we agree to this in writing.
The agreement is between yourself and Mattress Club Ltd t/a Pay Weekly Beds and Sofas. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms. Neither of us will need to get any other person in order to end this agreement or make any changes to these terms.
Personal Data
How we use personal data you give us is set out in our Privacy notice located for you to read on our website,payweeklybedsandsofas.co.uk
You have the right to have your information removed from our system at any time as long as no active agreement are in place or you have outstanding payments still to pay us.

If you are a consumer, these general terms and conditions, their subject matter and formation are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. We can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in.
Disclaimer
MyPay is a unregulated product.
This agreement is not regulated by Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) As such, you will not have access to Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) to make a complaint, nor will you be protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)
